Building a Brighter Future for Whipps Cross – Staff Conversation
The redevelopment of Whipps Cross is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to design a new hospital from scratch. It is also a unique chance to be at the forefront of national efforts to transform how healthcare is provided for local people, as set out in the NHS Long-Term Plan.
Our vision is for a new hospital within a wider health and wellbeing setting, alongside new homes, leisure, culture and other community facilities. We are sharing some early ideas about the potential site of a new hospital, the services it will provide, and the scope of the building, in our new publication, Building a Brighter Future for Whipps Cross (pdf 2MB)
