Our clinical wards, departments and services are located on the ground and first floor of the main hospital building, and are divided into zones (1-12). There are also wards located in The Gateway Surgcial Centre, towards the back of the hosptial grounds.
If you are unsure which ward to go to, or how to find the ward, our colleagues at the reception desk in St Andrew's Wing (ground floor, zone 1) and our security colleagues will be happy to assist. Alternatively, our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) team will be able to help you - they are located on the ground floor, between zone 1 and 2.

Check out our new discharge lounge
Once a patient who was on a ward is given the green light to go home, they will be sent to the newly revamped discharge lounge. Here, they can wait for anything from having a prescription filled to getting a life home from our patient transport team.
