I am a Nigerian, Ordained for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Paramaribo Suriname.
My previous experience is parish based. I have a Parish Pastoral experience that includes providing pastoral, religious, spiritual and liturgical care to the sick and the dying.
I joined Barts Health in 2023. The invitation of Christ to the church is to heal the sick and the dying and as a chaplain I wanted to peruse my career in the NHS to stay closer to those in such times and to be God’s instrument of healing and compassion.
My joy is ardent and profound whenever a patient or family says to me “thank you, you made me feel better”.
