Mr Stephen Edmondson
Consultant cardiac surgeon at St Bartholomew's HospitalMr Edmondson has over thirty five years in consultant practice and carried out more than 10,000 major heart operations.
Treatments and procedures
Mr Edmondson has a long term interest in coronary artery bypass, aortic valve, root and aorta surgery and surgery for valvular heart disease. He performs the following procedures:
- All adult cardiac surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafts and for complications of coronary disease including ventricular septel defects, ischaemic mitral regurgitation and left ventricular aneurysms
