Dr Sanjeev Bhattacharyya
Consultant at St Bartholomew's HospitalDr Sanjeev Bhattacharyya is consultant cardiologist & honorary senior lecturer at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London, UK. His main sub-specialty interests are heart failure, valvular heart disease and advanced echocardiography.
Dr Bhattacharyya was chair of the research committee and is an active member of the education committee of the British Society of Echocardiography. He is a member of the Royal Society of Medicine cardiology council.

His research interests are focussed on the application of advanced cardiovascular imaging techniques to better characterise the natural history, the optimal timing of intervention and management of heart valve disease.
