Staff at Newham University Hospital celebrate their continued hard work and commitment to care for patients at a summer party.

Hospital workers, including nurses, midwives, doctors, managers, catering and domestic staff got together at the end of their shifts to catch up with colleagues and enjoy some karaoke and music. Staff brought in food and drinks to share, so that everyone could tuck in.

Claire Davis, Acting Head of Quality Improvement and Efficiency, who organised the party, said: "Our staff work tirelessly every day to take care of our patients. We wanted to get together to say thank you to each other, to acknowledge our colleagues’ hard work and dedication and to let them know that they are doing an amazing job."
