I would like to express my gratitude to two members of staff at Newham general hospital who both work in the A&E department. Daniel Bryant & Shabina Hussain. Daniel is just so lovely he was friendly attentive had such a warm welcoming attitude. I came into A&E in alot of pain and he was so empathetic and calming. He answered any questions I had and what he didn't know he ensured he found out. I wasn't happy about the amount of waiting time I spent in A&E etc and he was extremely calming and just a lovely person to have around trying to help. He is a definite attribute to the A&E team and I wish more staff were like him. I would also like to pay a compliment to Shabina Hussain from A&E again another member of staff who is extremely friendly and helpful and ensured I was comfortable and offer helpful anyway she could. Having members of staff like this is such a comfort when your a patient especially when your a patient like me. As I came in as I said in alot of pain but I was also very emotional as I have just buried my childrens dad that very week I was admitted. Because of the friendly and thoughtful actions of both of the members of staff my stay was made more tolerable. I would like both of them to be made aware of what a difference thier friendly warm personalities made to me and I am very greatful. Don't ever change your both amazing people and I really appreciate you.
