Spotlight on Diabetes Awareness Week

One in 15 people live with diabetes in the UK – that’s 4.7 million people and more than the number of people with cancer and dementia combined.

Worldwide, 422 million people have diabetes and there are three main types of the condition: Type 1, Type 2 and gestational diabetes.
